The Job

We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing, profitable fintech business entering into their next phase: scaling revenue 5X and building toward IPO readiness by 2030. With the strong foundation and readiness, we are seeking a Financial Controller to architect and own the end-to-end finance function. You will design and strengthen the financial “machine” that powers scale, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, automation, and audit readiness as transaction volumes grow.

This is a high-growth role designed to evolve into Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as we expand fundraising, debt financing, and operational complexity. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a central role in strategic decision-making and capital planning.
