Key Responsibilities:
Review of operation + Report generation
Review payment lists and expense records (in excel templates)
Upload records to accounting system
Bank reconciliation for expense and cash balances against reports in accounting system
Maintain records in accounting system
Generating various expense report, Expense budget variance reports, Cashflow reports, weekly cash reports
Accounting for financial, tax and statutory reporting
Preparing financial statements for entities
Preparing GST assessments for payments to / refunds from IRAS
Preparing financials for statutory reports
Ensure that all statutory and internal deadlines are met for reporting purposes
