Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including financial planning, analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine funding requirements and manage cash flow in line with organizational agreements.
- Maintain rolling forecasts to support financial planning and resource allocation.
- Review and analyze budget performance (actual vs. budget) to identify potential variances.
- Source and manage competitive providers for bonds, insurance, and other financial instruments as needed.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance providers, corporate service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to provide financial insights that support business operations and strategy.
