A highly acquisitive and growing business in Hull have a newly created role for a Financial Controller
This is a number-one-in-finance role within the business - a position that combines strategic influence with day-to-day ownership of the finance department. The successful candidate will report in to the Group FD, but will also sit on the divisional board working work closely with the divisional MD to drive performance, strengthen financial control, and shape the future of the finance team and reporting structure.
It's an exceptional opportunity for a confident, proactive finance professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and building a best-in-class finance function from the ground up.
Act as the lead finance business partner for the division, providing challenge, insight, and support to the Divisional MD and senior leadership team.
