Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience in a financial management role. Professional certification (e.g., SAICA, CIMA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to lead and manage a diverse finance team. Experience and exposure in the FMCG sector required.
