Report to the CFO and work closely with commercial leaders of the firm
Oversee and develop a sizeable accounting and finance team of over 15 people
Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
Leading budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
Monitoring and managing cash flow, cost control, and financial performance metrics
Providing financial advice to senior management for business planning and growth strategies
Supervising and mentoring the accounting and finance team to enhance performance
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews
Implementing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls
