Financial Controller (USA)

Trexquant is a growing systematic fund manager with a team of accomplished technologists. We apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build investment portfolios and trade client assets across global equity and futures markets. As we expand our strategies, data, and infrastructure, we are seeking a Financial Controller to work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to support the firm’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily reconciliation processes and support monthly NAV production and review in coordination with fund administrators

+ Supervise and optimize treasury and collateral management activities across accounts

+ Coordinate and oversee annual audits and tax filings for both funds and the management company

+ Support management company accounting, including recording expenses, accruals, intercompany transactions, and supporting month-end close and financial reporting
