Financial Controller

Robert Walters are supporting a client in their search for a Financial Controller for a Watford based company on an Interim basis.

Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller will be to:

• Have full responsibility of the P&L & Balance sheet, including revenue recognition and lease accounting under US GAAP.
• Partner with the wider business to understand variances and provide forecasts.
• Partner with sales and operations.
• Prepare the group monthly Management Accounts for the UK, Sweden & North America.
• Review contracts for both the US & Europe from a technical accounting perspective.
• Prepare the monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating any anomalies.
• Work closely with FP&A and support in the production of budgets and forecasts.
• Support external audit and make required adjustments.
