We are seeking a compassionate Financial Counsellor to provide a holistic, confidential and non-judgemental financial counselling services, with a strong focus on helping people in the rental market build skills and confidence to sustain their tenancy.

This is role sits at the heart of housing stability. You’ll support people experiencing financial difficulties to regain control, understand their options, and create realistic pathways forward. 

 Key Responsibulities

• Provide one-on-one financial counselling to clients, assessing their financial situation and developing strategies for debt management.
• Support clients to manage debt, budgeting challenges and financial hardship.
• Advocate on behalf of clients with creditors, financial institutions, Government departments, and service providers.
