The Counselor establishes relationships with clients to derive individually tailored solutions to all facets of the financial situation by using innovative financial and educational solutions including referral to other assistance organizations when appropriate.The Counselor fulfills the company's mission by working with clients to improve lives through financial education while maintaining our culture of excellence and caring.
**Requirements**:- Advanced and fluent English.
- Typing skills.
- Schedule availability.
- Updated resume in English- Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience.
- Financial and sales experience is a plus.
