About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Financial Crime Compliance Partner to join our Financial Crime team and play a hands‑on role in how our AML/CTF obligations are applied in practice. Reporting to the Financial Crime Policy, Risk Assessments and Regulatory Engagement Lead, you’ll help develop and maintain our AML/CTF Program, support financial crime risk assessments and incident management, and assist with regulatory engagement including AUSTRAC matters. You’ll work closely with stakeholders as a trusted compliance partner, translating regulatory requirements into practical, risk‑based outcomes and providing clear guidance in a complex and evolving environment, particularly as AML/CTF reforms progress.
