You will investigate potential non-compliance, fraud, misconduct, and other unethical behaviour, ensuring robust data gathering, analysis, and clear documentation to uphold regulatory standards and protect the bank’s integrity. As a people leader, you will also guide and support your team, providing effective coaching, oversight, and expertise to ensure high-quality investigations and confident decision-making throughout the review process.
