As Financial Director, you will define and drive the global financial strategy of the group, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and robust governance across international operations. You will play a central role in strategic decision-making, supporting business expansion, investments (including R&D) and potential M&A activity, while ensuring strong financial discipline across all geographies.

Define and execute the group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and key investment decisions
Lead international financial operations, including oversight of subsidiaries and global consolidation
