【Core Responsibilities 】

1. Fundraising and Capital Strategy

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term fundraising strategies (equity, convertible instruments, strategic investments) with a focus on Singapore and Southeast Asian markets;
• Lead the full fundraising lifecycle: including investor screening, roadshow presentations, due diligence, valuation discussions, term negotiations, and final closing;
• Design and optimize the company's capital structure to support sustainable growth.

2. Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships (Singapore Local Resource Focus)

• Individual Investor Resources: Leverage extensive local Singapore networks to independently engage ultra-high-net-worth family offices and individual investors, facilitating investments through targeted roadshows and one-on-one meetings;
