Job Description
Transform member experiences as a Financial Empowerment Client Advisor. Assist clients in their banking journeys and promote tech solutions in a full-time on-site role.
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to create welcoming and enriching banking experiences for members. You'll deliver tailored advice, support financial transactions, and promote an understanding of digital tools. By identifying member needs and encouraging financial independence, you contribute significantly to client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on technological banking tools
• Build lasting relationships through service initiatives
• Manage fraud incidents and refer clients appropriately
• Stay informed about product offerings and updates
• Adhere to compliance and security standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum two years of experience preferred
• Proficient in French for effective communication
