Job Description

Become a Financial Navigator with Kenora Chiefs Advisory, focused on empowering Anishinaabe individuals across eight First Nations in Ontario. Deliver financial services including tax support, budgeting, and ID assistance to foster financial independence.
In this full-time role within the Min-O-Qwe-Ke-Ga-Bwe’in Social Services Initiative, you will provide culturally relevant, trauma-informed services. You’ll help clients navigate financial systems, access benefits, and achieve personal financial goals. Facilitating outreach initiatives and workshops will enhance community engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with tax preparation and filings
• Support benefits applications and ID renewals
• Provide financial coaching on debt and budgeting
• Conduct workshops to educate communities
• Document service delivery and client progress
