**Description**:**The Role**- Drive the FINEX (Financial and Executive Risk) P&L in coordination with local leadership.
- Support the FINEX strategy in the country.
- Develop FINEX book of business based on the relationship with clients and markets.
- Maximize P&L opportunities by capturing synergies and efficiencies within the organization.
- Manage FINEX pipeline development and sales opportunities, working with and supporting local Leadership**Qualifications**:**The Requirements**- Experience in financial lines- Generation of new business against challenging sales targets- Strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills- Quick learner, client centric and results oriented.
