FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL DIVISION of COMMANDER UNDERSEA SURVEILLANCE. Responsibilities You will perform functions such as: formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. You will review and evaluate budget requests; control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will be assigned a variety of other fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties and responsibilities. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of an organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support an organization’s programs and activities.
