Duties & Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s): Accounting Records
Ensure adherence & compliance with the Group’s Accounting Policies & Systems that comply with IFRS.
Smooth, time-efficient external audit & audit findings report with no material findings.
Internal Controls
Create a sound internal control environment.
Manage staff to ensure adherence to internal controls.
Reporting
Accurate & timeous monthly local financial reporting (incl variance reporting).
Accurate monthly full-year forecasting with necessary proof.
Annual Budgeting
Timeous completion of Annual Budget Process.
Strict budget control and cost management within Board Approved Budget.
