Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager: Finance, you will be based at our Cape Town offices (Tygervalley-area).

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) include:

1. Manage all payments to our Fruit Suppliers:
   1. Ensure on time and correct payment to our valued Fruit Suppliers
   2. Main contact between Finance and Fruit Suppliers
   3. Forecasting of Cash Estimates for weekly Fruit Suppliers payments
   4. Submission of Breeding Club Declarations
2. Manage credit facility and credit risk to our Fruit Suppliers – mainly advances and seasonal production:
   1. Ensure all documents are in place for Due Diligence and Payback Analysis
