Job Summary
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
Submission of statutory returns
Maintenance of the accounting system
Maintenance of AP master files on the accounting system
Verify and submit approved AP Reconciliations timeously
Review and capture payments of the company on Internet banking software
Reconciliation of internal and external loan accounts and intercompany trading accounts
Assist management in making financial decisions
Capture, record, and maintain relevant company information accurately on the BEE platform
Supervise employees
Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial and company documents
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
