Location: Germiston
Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Financial Manager who can bring structure, controls, strategic insight, and financial leadership to their Gauteng operation.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, strengthen, and elevate role
Duties include:
Implementing proper controls and governance
Strengthening reporting accuracy and visibility
Driving strategic financial planning & forecasting
Improving cash flow management and working capital
Ensuring compliance and reduce risk exposure
Aligning finance with long-term business growth
The Ideal candidate will have:
15+ years relevant experience
A tertiary financial qualification (CA(SA) beneficial but not essential)
Preferably be bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Be based in Gauteng
