Financial Manager

Are you an experienced Financial Manager ready to take ownership of the finance function within a multinational and reputable organisation?
This company is seeking a strong, hands-on Financial Manager to lead the finance team based in Midrand.
This role is ideally suited to a BCom Hons or CA(SA)-qualified professional with extensive accounting and finance experience, including proven people management capability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full financial oversight, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial leadership in a dynamic, ERP-driven environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial management function, including reporting and compliance
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team
• Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis
