This is a pivotal role with structured succession into full departmental responsibility, reporting directly to C-suite.

The Role

• Lead Finance & Administration (Bookkeeping, HR support, and Reception).
• Drive financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements.
• Strengthen financial controls and risk management.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support investment and operational decisions.
• Oversee HR and administrative compliance.
