Responsibilities:

• Liaise with project team & HR dept on project funding requirement and work out monthly cash flow & quarterly rolling forecast to plan for financial needs
• Analyse & review budget with QS Manager & HR Manager on quarterly, half yearly and yearly
• Plan & organized foreign currencies requirement & monitor forex movements with forex procurement plan so as to ensure group's forex exposure risk is minimized
• Coordinate with Corp Sec, bankers, insurance companies, & other regulatory bodies
• Preparation of monthly financial reports

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Finance or related
• At least 10 years; of finance experience
• Experience in the Construction industry
