We are hiring! DiXiO is on a mission to innovate financial messaging, and we are looking for a Financial Messaging Expert to help us make our clients happy by identifying their needs, onboarding them on our platform, and answering any of their requests regarding Financial Messaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of customers.
• Onboard new customers.
• Attend client meetings during the pre‑sales stage.
• Determine customer requirements and goals for their target SWIFT infrastructure.
• Define the scope of projects, plan timelines, and set deadlines.
• Assist the customer in the technical set‑up of its SWIFT platform.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end tests.
