**About this role**

**Role Summary**
We are looking for a Vice President to join the Python Engineering team within Quantitative Analytics Engineering group. The role involves building production‑grade analytics, data pipelines, and models on the Python Production Platform (PPP), with a focus on Pre‑IPO analytics, Index creation, and Alternatives modeling.
The VP will work directly with local lead and collaborate across global engineering, research, and product teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain Python-based analytical models for Pre‑IPO, Indexing, and Alternatives.
+ Build scalable, reliable pipelines using PPP, Prefect, containers, and internal tooling.
+ Implement rules-based index methodologies, rebalancing logic, and simulation engines.
+ Contribute to Real Estate / Private Equity / Alts frameworks (NAV, liquidity, flows, attribution).
