Financial Modelling (Due Diligence)

Role Overview

You will help the business get ready for a sale by:

• Building a clear, reliable financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Preparing scenarios and forecasts for potential buyers.
• Setting up and organising the data room used during due diligence.
• Collecting documents from different departments and ensuring everything is accurate and easy to follow.
• Supporting the finance team, PE owners, and external advisors throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building financial models .
• Good understanding of company financials, KPIs, and forecasting.
• Experience working on an exit, transaction, or due‑diligence project (ideal, not required).
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial data.
