Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

LMI Technologies is seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Global Finance Team. Reporting to the Group Controller, this is a pivotal role designed to lead the evolution of our financial planning function. You will ensure our Global, Regional, and department leaders are supported, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive Global growth and operational excellence. 
Financial Planning & Strategic Leadership:

+ Lead the annual Global budgeting process, partnering with department managers to build robust, challenge-driven financial plans

+ Own and evolve the monthly forecasts, integrating operational and market drivers 

+ Support long-range planning and multi-year financial modelling to align with LMI’s corporate vision
