Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The FP&A Assistant Manager supports the team in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They help collect and organize financial data, assist in creating financial reports, and analyze performance. The role ensures that financial information is accurate and helps the team prepare insights that support decision‑making and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferably a CPA
• 3+ years’ experience with audit, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet and profit and loss analysis techniques
• Strong understanding and application of accounting principles, standards, industry practices, techniques, and concepts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v‑lookups, data processing)
