Financial Planning Analyst

Job Purpose: Provide strategic financial planning and analysis support by leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes to drive informed decision-making, optimize financial outcomes, and support sustainable business growth. Key Accountabilities: Lead the preparation of annual budgets , rolling forecasts , and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic initiatives. Deliver variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast), identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to management. Partner with business units to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure accurate and realistic financial projections. Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and highlight risks and opportunities impacting revenue, costs, and cash flow.
