Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Lead to support our finance team following a recent ERP migration to NetSuite. This role will play a critical part in building and optimizing our financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic FP&A experience, hands-on expertise with NetSuite, and a deep understanding of ARR-driven business models, ideally with exposure to professional services revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
