JOB ROLE
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager leads the delivery of management accounting, financial planning, and performance analysis services to clients and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for overseeing engagement execution, resource planning, and team performance while ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of management reports and dashboards. The FP&A Manager partners closely with clients to support decision-making, drive business insights, and improve financial performance, while continuously enhancing delivery systems, processes, and service quality.
