Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Regional scope: Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei
We're supporting a leading organisation in hiring a BPA Manager to lead regional FP&A activities. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders and reports directly to the CFO, providing strategic insights to support business decision-making across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Driving performance analysis, variance reporting, and insights
• Acting as a finance business partner to commercial and operations teams
• Supporting regional leadership with data-driven recommendations
What we're looking for:
• At least 4 years of FP&A experience (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strong analytical and business partnering capabilities
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is an advantage
