The role

You'll evaluate acquisition targets for a NASDAQ-listed company acquiring SaaS businesses across Latin America. Your financial analysis directly influences which deals get done.

This isn't back-office FP&A. You'll receive qualified opportunities from the M&A team, analyze the financials, and present recommendations to leadership. The company has closed 50+ transactions and partners with NVIDIA, Oracle, Anthropic, and OpenAI.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial statements and metrics for potential acquisitions
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n) to accelerate data extraction and analysis
• Evaluate deal competitiveness and flag risks
• Present recommendations to leadership on strategic fit
