Duties and Responsibilities

• Forecast Preparation - Responsible for preparing the monthly cost follow forecast and the annual forecasts (BP#1, BP#2, AF#1).
• Coordinate with various department regarding the forecast computations based on the sales forecast.
• Consolidate and summarize departmental expense forecasts from submitted data.
• Ensure timely and complete submission from all departments.
• Monthly Departmental Expense Monitoring - After the finalization of the monthly financial statements, prepare and submit a departmental expense summary using the standard reporting template to support budget monitoring.
• Variance Analysis Support - provide detailed support schedules and data in the variance analysis of the Profit and Loss Statement.
• Monthly Preparation of MMC and ATC Internal Reports
