The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

This role ensures the integrity of financial data, provides actionable insights on business performance, and partners with senior leadership to drive profitable growth and financial discipline.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA
• 5+ years' experience with audit, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet and profit and loss analysis techniques
• Strong understanding and application of accounting principles, standards, industry practices, techniques, and concepts
