POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

The New Homes division is seeking an experienced and energetic Financial Planning & Operations Manager to manage financial functions for the company’s residential solar new homes business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position on a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to overall strategy and success of the business. Major responsibilities include financial planning (financial model development and maintenance, financial close, and P&L and cash flow forecasting) and financial operations (purchase order issuance, invoicing, collections, and disbursements) to support the New Homes business.

In this role you will need to be creative and collaborative with problem solving skills and execute team-wide initiatives, working closely with the New Homes Sales/BD (Business Development), Field/Operations, and accounting teams.
