The Manager of FP&A is responsible for turning financial data into decisions. This role does not handle bookkeeping or accounting but instead owns financial insights, trends, forecasting, and performance. Acting as an early-warning system and strategic thought partner, the Manager of FP&A ensures clarity, foresight, and confidence in financial decision-making.
Qualifications (Senior-Level)
- Senior-level experience with 5–10+ years in FP&A, real estate finance, or asset management
- Multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel modeling and financial storytelling skills
