Financial Reconciliation Analyst – Contract Remote

Our Calgary client is seeking an experienced remote Financial Reconciliation Analyst to join their team on a 4‑month contract. The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in daily transaction processing, maintaining various investment reconciliations, and supporting month-end and quarter-end reporting, operational procedures, and audit checklists.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Review external notices and record private investment transactions, including capital calls, distributions, loan rollovers, and interest capitalization.

Assist with investment closings by reviewing documentation, setting up investments, processing transaction entries, and coordinating settlements.

Update and maintain market values for private fund investments in the system for valuation purposes.

Perform daily cash reconciliations.
