Financial Reporting Analyst

The Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role ensures transparency, supports decision-making, and maintains the integrity of financial information across the organization.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements
Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, and provide actionable insights to management
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and supporting schedules
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial reporting activities
