Financial Reporting Group Head

SPECIFICATION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure timely preparation of complete, accurate and timely Financial Statement via NetSuite
2. Analysis of business performance on a per Project level and provide relevant feedbacks and guidelines to the business' key personnel.
3. Ensure timely preparation of monthly Executive Summary and Quarterly Board of Director's Financial Reports
4. Ensure timely preparation of Annual Budget and Forecasts. Measure and monitor actual performances against Targets
5. Ensure accurate and timely balances for all BS and key P&L accounts via preparation of schedules and reconciliations
6. Ensure timely and efficient filing of Audited FS with the BIR and SEC
7. Ensure completeness and updating of all Accounting Policies and process
8. Manage Financial Reporting Group Assistant to achieve the group's deliverables
