Financial Reporting Manager for Real Estate

Our client seeks a detail-oriented CPA with 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial reporting. You will oversee full-cycle accounting to ensure compliance with ASPE and IFRS standards. Your insights will primarily support executive leadership and investors while mentoring accounting staff and enhancing internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and reporting across real estate entities
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
