Job Summary

The Financial Reporting & Tax Associate plays a key role in supporting the Finance Department in areas of financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance. This position is responsible for preparing accurate financial statements and supporting schedules, assisting in internal and external audits, and ensuring timely and compliant tax filings with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare complete and accurate financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Prepare and maintain financial statement working papers, schedules, and reconciliations
• Ensure proper tie-up of trial balance, general ledger, and financial statements
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to financial reporting
• Support preparation of notes to financial statements and management schedules
