Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President of Financial Management and Senior Manager of Accounting Section in leading activities to :

    ・Review the existing accounting and financial reporting processes to streamline and automate.
    ・Develop measures for quality and service levels, and design/implement a continuous improvement process.
    ・Develop and maintain a financial accounting manual with policy and procedures.
    ・Liaise with external tax accountants for tax reporting and filings.
    ・Liase with external financial accounting auditors.
    ・Support the coordination of examination and inspection by the Japanese government.

  • As part of the team, perform/supervise financial reporting and general accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Serve as an resident subject matter expert on financial accounting matters.
