Financial Services Compliance Analyst

Your Role:

As a Financial Services Compliance Analyst, you play a key role in the areas of risk and compliance by ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance industry standards are met. You assist in the development of analytics and product strategy, as well as support operational decisions across the financial services offered by NWC.

Compliance Monitoring & Risk Assessment

• Assist in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reviews by identifying unusual, potentially suspicious, or high‑risk transactions.
• Review transaction alerts, patterns, and trends to support the identification and escalation of Unusual Activity Report.
• Support compliance with FINTRAC requirements, including:
  • Ongoing transaction monitoring
  • Identification and escalation of unusual or suspicious activity
