About the Role

Yamaha Motor Philippines is seeking a passionate and driven Financial Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare project cost estimates for dealer approval before starting 3S shop construction
• Consolidates 3S shop construction expenses and prepare the final billing for approval by the DND manager and dealer owner
• Monitor status of 3S shop set-up billings, especially on unpaid accounts
• Prepares uniform billing for submission to Finance and Accounting
• Coordinate with the dealer's office regarding the set-up, maintenance, and collections
• Updating the database of 3S shop insurance costs
