Summary About the Position: This position is with the Defense Commissary Agency, Field Operating Activity, Resource Management Directorate, Overseas Financial Management Division located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Responsibilities Assists in reviewing budget guidance, developing budget requirements, studying trends, and monitoring and evaluating budget execution. Participate as a member of a study team in planning the work of conducting management studies applicable to organization policy and structures, space management, manpower, equipment requirements/utilization and control. Prepare reports comparing actual obligations and expenditures with budget requirements, distributes monthly budget versus cost reports to leaders and supervisors.
