Financing Specialist

AMMPER is a growing energy company expanding its participation in international electricity markets. We are seeking a Financing Specialist to join our team and strengthen the management of the company’s financial obligations, debt instruments, and relationships with financial partners.

This role is critical in ensuring contractual compliance, the proper administration of financing structures, and the effective coordination with banks, investors, and rating agencies in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor credit agreements, revolving credit facilities, letters of credit, and other financing instruments.
• Track compliance with financial covenants and all contractual obligations.
• Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and modification of guarantees (LCs / SBLCs).
