AMMPER is a growing energy company expanding its participation in international electricity markets. We are seeking a Financing Specialist to join our team and strengthen the management of the company's financial obligations, debt instruments, and relationships with financial partners.

• Administer and monitor credit agreements, revolving credit facilities, letters of credit, and other financing instruments.
• Track compliance with financial covenants and all contractual obligations.
• Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and modification of guarantees (LCs / SBLCs).
• Prepare and consolidate financial information required by banks, investors, and credit rating agencies.
• Maintain an updated repository of financing contracts and associated terms and conditions.
• Manage payment schedules, maturities, and renewal processes.
